Tom Baker returns to Doctor Who for more Fourth Doctor Adventures in September
The Fourth Doctor returns this September in Doctor Who: The Fourth Doctor Adventures: The Last Queen of the Nile from Big Finish Productions. This new box set contains two brand-new full-cast audio adventures with a visit to a remote oil rig and a journey into Egypt’s history.
The Fourth Doctor (played by the wonderful Tom Baker), along with Leela (Louise Jameson) and K9 (John Leeson), are joined by the Brigadier (Jon Culshaw) in Conspiracy of Silence by Jonathan Morris. In this first adventure, the team set out to investigate a remote oil rig after 150 mysteriously disappear and all who have been sent to investigate have never returned. After investigation, it turns out the rig is infested by the terrifying Silence (played by Nicholas Briggs), though nobody ever remembers them for long.

John Leeson, Tom Baker and Louise Jameson.
In the second adventure, The Last Queen of the Nile by David K Barnes, the TARDIS lands a few miles from Alexandria in Egypt, where the team get ready to witness one of the most famous romances in history, Mark Anthony and Cleopatra. However, when the ambitious Octavian Caesar attempts to convince the Senate to declare war on Egypt, a tragedy is set to occur, and the time travellers are caught right in the middle.
Joining the TARDIS crew in this four-part story are Pippa Bennett-Warner as Queen Cleopatra, Michael Lumsden as Mark Anthony and Blake Ritson as Octavian Caesar.
