William, Prince of Wales seen throwing punches after Prince Harry’s claim that brother ‘knocked him down’
The outing marked a continuation of his work addressing homelessness through his Homewards initiative.
In a surprising moment, Prince William, 42, donned boxing gloves and delivered left and right uppercuts in a fitness session.
As he threw jabs and hooks, the prince quipped: “I might get back into boxing! It’s been a while, a long time actually, but it’s seriously hard work.”
The heir to the throne wasn’t shy about working up a sweat, with coach Charlie Beatt praising his technique.
The royal’s playful jab at himself comes a couple of years after Prince Harry’s allegations in his memoir Spare that William had “knocked him down” during a heated argument.

William’s visit to the Centrepoint facility in Ealing highlighted his commitment to addressing youth homelessness.
The prince spent time speaking with young people about their journeys and how Centrepoint has helped them rebuild their lives.
Bethany, 24, shared her story of overcoming homelessness at 17 to study at the London School of Economics.
“Without [Centrepoint], I do not know where I would be now,” she said. She called the charity a “safety net” that allowed her to pursue her dreams.
William responded warmly, calling her “one of the shining examples” of the charity’s impact.
Nora, 21, who opened her own hairdressing business after receiving support, added: “You can’t really build a life if you don’t have the stability, so that is key.”
William applauded her resilience. “That is truly amazing and quite a big deal to have opened up your own business so well done to you,” he gushed.

Outside the centre, William joined a fitness session led by the Boxwise Foundation, an organisation using boxing to empower disadvantaged youth and reduce gang violence.
Guided by professional coach Charlie, the prince worked through a series of drills.
“You guys look like you’re professionals already!” He quipped, sweating as he practiced jabs, hooks, and defensive moves.
Beatt, who has trained world champions, complimented William’s technique.
The prince laughed, saying: “I’m working up a sweat already!”
Harry’s claims about disagreement with William
In his tell-all memoir Spare, which released in 2023, Prince Harry alleged that he and William once had a disagreement over Meghan Markle at his London cottage home.
Harry, 40, claimed that his older brother described Meghan as “difficult,” “rude” and “abrasive”.
He wrote: “[William] set down [a glass of] water, called me another name, then came at me. It all happened so fast. So very fast.
“He grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and he knocked me to the floor.
“I landed on the dog’s bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting into me. I lay there for a moment, dazed, then got to my feet and told him to get out.”
Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace didn’t comment on the allegations at the time.
