Leah Shirley Goes Public About True Feelings For Dad
Growing up, Teen Mom star, Gary Shirley provided stability for her daughter, Leah Shirley. He married a woman named Kristina and they went on to have a daughter. More so, he did his best to keep Leah’s mother and his ex, Amber Portwood an active part of their daughter’s life. Amber was running around with the wrong men or not doing anything at all. Yet, he still wanted Amber and Leah to stay connected. Amber ended up getting pregnant by Andrew Glennon and having a son, James. Unfortunately, she and Andrew broke up and he took James back to California as he got full custody.
Amber met a new man, Gary Wayt and they soon became engaged. Cameras caught her being extremely disrespectful to Leah and her daughter fighting back. She did not care for her mother’s behavior and wanted her stepmom to adopt her. Leah believed that Kristina cared for her more than her mother did and needed consistency. Amber was not about to let that happen even though she was so consumed with her new man who ended up going missing. Recently, Amber went live and made a bunch of allegations against her baby daddy but what does Leah have to say?
Teen Mom Fans did a poll as to who was the better parent. Was it Amber Portwood or Gary Shirley? Leah Shirley chimed in and very simply said: “My dad.” Despite Amber claiming that Gary was not the good father that he has been portrayed to be, Leah set the record straight. She maintained her dad is a way better parent than her mother and said it on a public forum.
