Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been subject to new criticism this week after a Vanity Fair article dived deep into their lives in Montecito.

While the article did focus on some positive aspects of the couple’s life in America, where they have lived for the last five years, the publication did not hold back from including damning accusations about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, particularly Meghan, 43.

Speaking to previous employees of the couple, Vanity Fair claimed that some ex-staff members needed “long-term” therapy after working for the mum-of-two, while others reported how she had “Mean Girl” behaviour.

However, while Harry and Meghan’s office have declined to comment on the latest allegations, the prince, 40, pnce defended his wife as the ideal boss who was keen to spread kindness when similar accusations were made before in his 2023 memoir Spare, as reported by The Mirror,

Speaking about Meghan and her treatment of staff during their days as working royals, the prince wrote: “She sent out handwritten thank you notes, checked on staff who were ill, sent baskets of food and flowers or goodies to anyone struggling, depressed or off sick.”
